Adrian Marcan was born in 12th June 1970 at Nuseni, Bistrita Nasaud, Romania. He graduated Music Academy "G. Dima" Cluj-Napoca (1996 - class of prof. univ. Gheorghe Rosu), singing professors Gheorghe Rosu, Cornel Stavru.
He is lyrical artist at Brasov Opera and associate professor of singing at the Music Faculty in Brasov.
